Daily Exercise and Food

We can make our bodies beautiful and strong. For this we have to get up early in the morning and start doing exercise daily and regular basis. We have to take care of our food. Use that food which has complete nutrition. As you know milk is considered complete food for human beings. So add milk to our daily food. Also, eggs provide protein, and rice provides us carbohydrates, so use it in our food.
By daily exercising you will realize certain changes in your body.
